Copyright responsibilities
Music, videos, photographs, artwork and written material may be protected even when available elsewhere online. Downloading, crediting or modifying content does not automatically give permission to republish it.
Submitting a report
A rights owner or authorized representative may contact us with their name and contact details, identification of the protected work, the exact i-Link URL of the reported material, a good-faith statement and a statement that the submitted information is accurate.
Review and counter-notices
We may remove or restrict reported material while reviewing a complete notice. Affected members may provide evidence of authorization or a legally valid counter-notice. Repeat infringement may result in account restrictions or termination.
No false claims
Knowingly submitting false or abusive copyright reports may cause harm and legal consequences. Consider whether permission, licensing, quotation, criticism or another applicable exception authorizes the use before reporting.
